Team Building

Compass Consulting is proud to offer this comprehensive and interactive training program called Igniting Team Power, which provides in-depth skill development in the areas needed for effective performance. The program is built upon capturing and practicing "Authentic" teamwork, which involves, true commitment, trust, collaboration, and competence.

Much like the popular book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team", by Patrick Lencioni, TEAMPOWER®, involves the participant in dealing with obstacles that teams traditionally face:

  • absence of trust
  • lack of commitment
  • avoiding accountability
  • conflict
  • lack of results

Through the TEAMPOWER® process, these obstacles are brought to the surface in a safe and comfortable environment.

Team members begin to develop their communication and feedback skills to be able to confront and discuss these issues with other team members in a helpful, not hurtful way. Teams are engaged throughout the process and emerge from the learning experience with a fresh sense of direction and practical strategies for working better together.
